In celebration of the upcoming marriage of His Royal Highness Prince William of Wales, K.G. to Miss Catherine Middleton, The Ritz-Carlton, Washington, D.C. will offer guests the opportunity to watch the “Wedding of the Century” in style at a Royal Wedding Breakfast & Viewing Party.  Guests who wish to stay over the night before can enjoy a Royal Wedding Overnight Package.

Guests of The Royal Wedding Viewing Party will watch the historic event on 60 inch flat screen TVs in the hotel’s Lobby Café.  The hotel’s Executive Chef David Serus has specially prepared a commemorative morning breakfast buffet including British specialties such as Scones with Clotted Cream and Jam; English Rasher & Bangers; and Black Pudding.  The breakfast also includes 18 Carat Sapphire Cupcakes from the hotel’s Executive Pastry Chef Daniel Mangione and a specially commissioned Twinings Royal Wedding Commemorative Blend – sourced from Catherine Middleton’s home county of Berkshire.

Carine’s Bridal Atelier will display two of Carine’s designer gowns inspired by Kate Middleton’s style for guests to enjoy.  Additionally, guests who wear their best hat or ascot appropriate for a Royal Wedding will be awarded special prizes.  All guests will leave with a unique souvenir courtesy of Tiny Jewel Box. 

Guests who wish to stay over the night before can book the The Royal Wedding Package which includes: deluxe guestroom accommodation; Prince William and Catherine Champagne cocktails upon arrival; two reservations to The Royal Wedding Breakfast and Viewing Party; specially engraved champagne flutes from Tiny Jewel Box; use of the hotel’s iPad to peruse the official interactive map of the Royal Wedding Procession Route ; a copy of the book William & Kate: Celebrating a Royal Engagement; and overnight valet parking.
