Albany Corporate Housing Joins Corporate Housing Leader

Albany Corporate Housing has selected Danica Ehmann as general manager responsible for the territory which encompasses Albany, Saratoga, Rensselaer, Schenectady and Warren, N.Y., counties.  Ehmann, a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, brings her experience in procurement consulting, property management and local market knowledge to the role.

“This market has seen a significant increase in demand in recent years due to the development of the region as a nanotech hub including research and development and support related businesses,” said Adam Sherer.  “Danica has a strong knowledge of this market and will make an incredible addition to our team.”

Prime Companies was started by Ken Raymond in the early 1980s as a portfolio of real estate companies.  In 1994, Dean Devito joined Prime Companies and now serves as a principal and managing partner for many of Prime Companies' real estate ventures, including Albany Corporate Housing, LLC.  Their current portfolio includes hotel and apartment ownership, residential and commercial brokerage and real estate services, property management and development and real estate asset management.
