Washing Cars, Walking Dogs, Honoring ‘Guests of the Day’…All a Part of TownePlace Suites’ “just because” Program
When I asked the front desk for directions, they handed me a map along with a free fare card for the subway, “just because”. I left the hotel early for a business meeting and discovered my car had been washed the previous evening, “just because”. I got back to the hotel after a long day and found my dry cleaning with a note, “this one’s on us…just because”. I thought my dog would be cooped up in my room all day and was delighted to see he had been walked and fed by the hotel staff, “just because”.

During "just because" week we welcomed our guests with A&W root beer floats made with "local" Blue Bell ice cream. After serving more than 150 glasses and sharing countless memories with our loyal Marriott guests, stomachs were happy and they were again reminded that service is what sets Marriott and TownePlace Suites apart from other brands.”
