True Craftmenship Continues to Create Indelible Memories
CHEVY CHASE, Md. – The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C has added two stunning videos to ‘The Art of The Craft’ collection. Launched in September of 2012, the series gives a glimpse of what goes into the legendary service of The Ritz-Carlton.

In the two new films, we are introduced to a florist from the Hotel Arts in Barcelona, a Ritz-Carlton hotel. She is inspired by her guests and her love of simplicity. She creates dramatic floral arrangements with bold colors and shapes, as would a a choreographer with a series of performances. Through her craft she is able to share her passion for art and flowers, stimulating each guest’s senses and creating indelible memories in the minds of those who appreciate them. In Washington D.C. we meet a steward who plays a pivotal role in all major events at this iconic property. No matter how complex the function may be, he ensures flawless execution, as if rehearsed for months. His attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond is driven by the simple desire to see a guest smile. These craftsmen share details of the role they play within The Ritz-Carlton and the opportunity they have to make differences to a guest experience, beyond their expectations.
