Owned by Trend Hospitality and managed by Fairhope Hospitality Services LLC, Aloft Houston Downtown features 168 spacious loft-style rooms, 4,500 square feet of flexible meeting space and live music performances by emerging arts at the W XYZ® bar.

Located at the intersection of Fannin and Walker, Aloft Houston Downtown is ideally positioned at the heart of the Central Business District, just steps from METRO Rail stations connecting to NRG Arena and Park, Texas Medical Center and University of Houston. The building, designed by architects Green & Finger, is an excellent example of the early twentieth century high-rise Commercial Style in Houston and visually illustrates the influence of the Chicago School. While the historic brick facade has remained in place and undisturbed, the interior has been completely repurposed into a Mid-Century modern hotel.
Aloft Houston Downtown features SPG Keyless—the industry-first keyless entry system that enables guests to use their smartphone or Apple watch as a room key—and fast and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The hotel’s 4,500 square feet of meeting space includes one conference room and six breakout meeting rooms.
