Named the “Pearl Mary,” the cocktail features a dash of the city’s very own “Fisher Girl” oyster sauce and Chinese imperial plum wine. Afternoon tea at The St. Regis Zhuhai evokes the golden days of the Gilded Age when Caroline Astor hosted exclusive tea parties. Following a signature tradition at St. Regis properties around the world, a bottle of champagne will be sabered every evening to celebrate the transition from day to night.
