Anthony Capuano is Executive Vice President, Global Development for Marriott International, Inc. As such, he is responsible for the development of all Marriott hotel brands and other real estate development projects throughout the world.
Mr. Capuano began his Marriott career in 1995 as a part of the market planning and feasibility team. Between 1997 and 2005, he led Marriott’s full service development efforts in the western United States and Canada.  In 2006 he added oversight for Central and Latin America to his responsibilities.

Prior to joining Marriott, Mr. Capuano worked for Laventhol and Horwath’s leisure time advisory group in Boston, MA. He then joined Kenneth Leventhal and Company’s hospitality consulting group in Los Angeles, CA.

Mr. Capuano holds a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University. He is an active member of Cornell Society of Hotelmen.
