Courtyard by Marriott Opens in World Heritage City of Nizhny Novgorod, Russia

Courtyard by Marriott Nizhny Novgorod City Center - lobbyLondon, January 2016 - Courtyard by Marriott Nizhny Novgorod City Center opened its doors in one of Russia’s most important historical city centres on 18 December 2015. Close to the business district and attractions, including the main pedestrian street Nizhegorodsky Kremlin, the hotel, the 7th Courtyard branded hotel in Russia offers 143 rooms including a Presidential Suite with its own private entrance.

The hotel’s architecture is an extraordinary mix of modern and traditional with half a modern building connected to a 19th century renovated house that once belonged to a famous city merchant. It represents the charming architecture found in Western European art nouveau town houses.

The Courtyard design offers great efficiencies for business travelers with a flexible and minimalist space, while providing 24-hour access to food and drink. Kingston, Jamaica – November, 2015: The Courtyard by Marriott Kingston, Jamaica is now open and ready to welcome business and leisure guests from all over the world in one of the most sought after and beautiful destinations in the Caribbean. The hotel is centrally located in New Kingston, the business mecca of the city.

Courtyard by Marriott LimaLima, Peru – October 5, 2015: Marriott International, Inc. (NASDAQ: MAR) announced the opening of the  new 154-room Courtyard by Marriott Hotel in Lima, South America’s third largest city, situated at the intersection of Calle Alcanfores and Calle Schell in Lima’s upscale Miraflores neighborhood known for its shopping, restaurants, antique dealers and breath taking ocean views.

Courtyard by Marriott Expands Into Central China

Courtyard by Marriott Zhengzhou hotel entranceZhengzhou, China, September 29, 2015 – The Courtyard by Marriott brand today welcomes its first hotel in Central China.  Offering 277 guest rooms and nearly 1,000 square meters of meeting space, the Courtyard by Marriott Zhengzhou East is conveniently located and poised to be the upscale business hotel of choice in the city. The new hotel is owned by Huiyi Group.

Courtyard by Marriott Zhengzhou East is located in the newly developed business district of Zhengzhou. Guests have easy access to Zhengzhou East Railway Station and subway line 1 within a 10-minute walk. It is a 15-minute drive from the Zhengzhou International Convention & Exhibition Center and just 35 kilometers from Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport.

Bogota, Colombia, September 21, 2015 - Marriott International, Inc. (NASDAQ: MAR) announced the opening of the new 144-room Courtyard by Marriott Hotel in Bogota, known as Colombia’s largest financial, political, and cultural center, also known as one of the fastest growing metropolitan areas in South America. The hotel is located on the prestigious Avenida El Dorado, making it the closest hotel to the recently inaugurated new terminal at El Dorado International Airport, and is part of a mixed-use complex which includes prime office and retail space.
