(NASDAQ: MAR) expands its brand offering in Bengaluru with the opening of the first dual branded property in the country, the Courtyard by Marriott and Fairfield by Marriott. The property is located in Outer Ring Road, which is renowned as the commercial hub for Bengaluru’s leading IT companies. The Courtyard brand will be introduced in Bengaluru for the first time, offering guests a refreshing ambiance that helps guests stay connected, and productive while traveling. The Fairfield brand is an established leader in the moderate tier segment offering guests a seamless experience with well-designed rooms and great service at an exceptional value. This will be the second Fairfield by Marriott hotel to open in the city in addition to the Fairfield by Marriott at Rajaji Nagar.

The specialty restaurants at Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Outer Ring Road are MoMo Café, a chic all-day dining restaurant which is contemporary, warm, vibrant, welcoming and offers a gastronomic à la carte and buffet menu featuring fresh ingredients and international flavors; MoMo 2 Go, which offers ready to eat items, pastries and savories; and the Lobby Bar which provides guests the facility to work during the day and enjoy post-work drinks with friends.
Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru Outer Ring Road comprises 169 guest rooms including 115 deluxe rooms and 54 deluxe pool view rooms. The specialty restaurants at Fairfield by Marriott are Kava, which is an all-day dining restaurant offering sumptuous Indian and International cuisine with three-meal-a-day facility featuring both buffet and a la carte options; and Kava The Bar, which is a modern mood bar and lounge that offers freshly brewed coffee in the day and interesting cocktails by evening.
