ExecuStay takes care of all of the details, from utilities to furnishings, so guests can stay on track, plug in to the local community and focus on their priorities. And,ExecuStay participates in the award-winning Marriott Rewards® frequent guest program.

Rather than provide simply a place to stay, ExecuStay handpicks residential locations offering
flexible lease options as short as short as a month. From an urban studio to a three-bedroom apartment tucked away in suburbia, we have inventory in more than 740 apartment buildings in more than 325 cities throughout the U.S. Every location in our diverse collection is held to consistent, high standards of service and the Marriott promise of quality and comfort.
Special to Marriott’s corporate housing brand is its Virtual Inventory capability. Virtual Inventory allows ExecuStay to source apartments almost anywhere in the U.S., if the desired city or state is not in our existing apartment collection.
Pricing:
In the upper moderate pricing tier, the ExecuStay average daily rate for a one-bedroom apartment is $135, inclusive of all the services and unit features below.
