Stephanie Linnartz

Stephanie Linnartz is the Global Chief Commercial Officer at Marriott International, Inc., where she oversees a range of critical business functions for the world’s largest hospitality company with nearly 6,000 properties across 30 brands in more than 120 countries and territories.

Growing up in a hotel industry family, Ms. Linnartz started her career at Hilton Hotels Corporation. She joined Marriott in 1997 as a financial analyst and has served in numerous roles, most recently as Global Officer, Sales &Revenue Management. In her current position, Ms. Linnartz is responsible for all aspects of marketing, ecommerce, digital, sales, reservations, revenue management, information technology and consumer insight functions worldwide.

Named one of the world’s most influential marketing executives by Forbes, Ms. Linnartz has a unique perspective on consumer sentiment and spending across the globe. She contributes commentary for FORTUNE magazine’s popular ‘Most Powerful Women’ series.

Ms. Linnartz is a member of the Marriott Board of Director’s Committee for Excellence and the company’s Diversity and Inclusion Council and its Green Council. She also serves on the board of Fair Chance, a non-profit focused on transforming the lives of children living in poverty.

A graduate of the College of the Holy Cross, Ms. Linnartz earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and government. She holds an MBA in finance from The College of William and Mary, and has completed additional graduate studies at the Norwegian School of Economics. Ms. Linnartz resides in the Washington, D.C. area with her husband and two young children.
