LIVE LIFE TO DISCOVER:
In 2012, Renaissance Hotels introduced its first ever global advertising campaign, "Live Life to Discover." The multi-faceted campaign, which has been evolving up until today, comes to life through print, digital and on property experiences meant to inspire today's next generation lifestyle business traveler. The multi-million dollar campaign originally appeared in 32 countries in key lifestyle, business, and travel media, as well as select out of home locations including a number of airports throughout the United States and Asia Pacific. The campaign also included a comprehensive redesign of the brand’s website and social media channels to reflect the ethos of the campaign (www.renhotels.com).
CULTURE & SERVICE:
Our employees, proudly called “Ambassadors,” have mastered the importance of sophisticated and comfortable service at every touch point through the guest experience. Ambassadors also act as “Navigators” or personal guides which help provide our guests with one-of-a-kind, off-the-radar, micro-local experiences.
“Navigator” is a comprehensive program built with the help of a curated database which provides guests with local and indigenous recommendations about a variety of topics including culinary, retail, music, entertainment and culture. Partnering with W Cities (www.wcities.com), the world’s premier database of authoritative travel content, Navigator is a balance of information from W Cities amplified with personal information and recommendations from each hotel’s real life Navigators. Each Renaissance Hotel features trained “Navigators” who are available to assist travelers by outlining specific recommendations in every destination. These recommendations are often personal to each Navigator and updated on a regular basis. Navigators are also available to work one-on-one with hotel guests to curate experiences based on their specific interests and requests
EVENTS at RENAISSANCE:
Events at Renaissance is an entertainment platform that provides hotel guests and local patrons the opportunity to discover the very best in with emerging and local talent in music, arts, culinary, film and more at every Renaissance Hotel around the world. The unforgettable experience may vary from acoustic performances by a yet to be discovered musician, a meet and greet with a local artist, a wine tasting with an expert sommelier, and more. In March of 2014 Renaissance Hotels announced three exciting partnerships to bring the very best of discovery to travelers around the world. All throughout the year, the brand will join forces with world renowned AEG, Creative Artists Agency (CAA) and Universal Music Group on a variety of exciting events and activations on and off property. This year’s calendar of events will officially kick off with an exclusive performance by GROUPLOVE at the Renaissance Times Square Hotel on March 28th.
