Drew Pinto is the Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue & Technology Officer for Marriott International, leading global sales and support channels, revenue management, digital and information technology strategy for the company. In this role, Drew is responsible for ensuring Marriott’s global demand and technology platforms are innovative, powerful, and scalable for the company’s customers, associates and future growth.
Since joining the company in 2004, Drew has held various leadership roles focused on developing strategies that drive results, transforming organizations, and building meaningful relationships with customers and partners. In his prior position as Global Officer, Global Sales, Distribution, and Revenue Management, Drew was responsible for leading a team of over 6,000 associates dedicated to driving revenue growth and enabling customer success across Marriott’s sales channels.
Drew is active in the industry and serves on advisory boards for the American Hotel & Lodging Association and several new ventures. Prior to joining Marriott, Drew worked at Accenture, where he developed turnaround strategies for major retail clients. Early in his career, Drew served as a special assistant to the Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division at the U.S. Department of Justice.
Drew earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University and his Master of Business Administration from The University of Michigan Ross School of Business. He lives in Bethesda, Maryland, with his wife and two sons.
